THE WORK
Most people have learned they can either tell the truth or keep connection.
This work teaches you how to do both. Real connection means living the truth already within you. The practice is learning to feel it, trust it, and stay with it — even when it's uncomfortable, even when it seems to risk connection.
Learn to reconnect, listen, and keep contact with what's true in a way that gives life, creates clarity, and moves you into alignment — through intentional relationship with yourself and others.

I've spent the last decade immersed in relational work — teaching practices like NVC, Circling, and Embodied Relating, alongside deep somatic modalities. More importantly, I've lived this work inside both toxic and deeply nourishing relationships.
I know what breaks connection and what repairs it. In this eight-week cohort, you'll practice courageous, body-based truth-telling in real time — learning how to stay connected to yourself while staying in connection with others.
